What is the difference between OC & OCW? Very little. Ocean Club is the original property and it has been continuously updated and improved. Ocean Club West, located just a mile west of the original Ocean Club, is newer and is very similar to the original. Both offer the convenience of an apartment with the amenities of a Luxury Resort. Guests at one are automatically guests at the other. Both resorts offer 4 star accommodations, similar room types, restaurants and pools. We offer a complimentary shuttle between the resorts and there is reciprocal charging at the restaurants. You can even use the meal vouchers you receive in any of our packages at any of the 3 restaurants.
What does OC have to offer? All the comforts of home in our stylish suites from Studios to Three Bedroom Deluxe’s along with the amenities guest expect at a Luxury Resort. Our famous Gecko Grill for Dinner and the beach front Cabana Bar and Grill for breakfast and lunch. Ocean Club has an on-site dive shop, fitness center, Spa with a variety of services, 2 pools, on-site convenience store, Kiln-Time (create your own ceramics & beads) and a tennis court lit for night playing. The accommodations are similar to OCW but offer a Studio Deluxe Suite for the budget minded family or business travelers as well as the One Bedroom Deluxe’s that are Beach Front. Ocean Club is located on Grace Bay Beach just across from one of the Caribbean’s top ten golf courses, Provo Golf Club. The resort is one of the last resorts along the eastern part of Grace Bay and offers more seclusion than any other resort on the beach!
What does OCW have to offer? Ocean Club West offers the same comforts as it’s sister property. With spacious Studios, Junior, One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites, designed by the same company that designed Ocean Club. The suites are very similar in design to Ocean Club. West also offers an on-site dive shop, fitness center with Spa, a large free form pool with bridges & a gazebo, 2 tennis courts and the fabulous Seaside Café. Ocean Club West is located just a mile from Ocean Club and is in walking distance to many restaurants & shops.
How do I decide which property to stay at? Remember with the shared amenities & convenience or our free shuttle between both properties, you can’t go wrong with either!
Which property is nicer? Both properties are four stars and offer all the same amenities. Our management company has insured that both Resorts are carefully maintained so we can assure our guests receive the luxury accommodations we are known for.
Which property is more "Family Friendly"? Both resorts offer larger accommodations so you can enjoy that comfortable family vacation in any of our spacious suites. All suites are equipped with VCR’s and we offer a variety of movies at the front desk as well as board games. The pools at both properties are very popular with children and we also have a bin full of beach toys for their enjoyment. We also offer babysitting services.
What is the biggest difference between the properties? The main difference is that Ocean Club offers the Studio Deluxe and One Bedroom Beach Front Suites not available at West. There are 2 pools, 1 tennis court and 2 restaurants at Ocean Club and one restaurant, a large free form pool and 2 tennis courts at Ocean Club West. You are always welcome to share these amenities.
Is the price the same for both properties? Yes, as both resorts offer Four Star accommodations, you will find that the room and package rates are the same.

Things to know before I go?
- All suites are equipped with hairdryers & safes.
- Laundry detergent is provided in rooms with washers/dryers.
- Suites have US Outlets (110 V).
- Be sure to contact your travel agent or airline for information on proper documentation for travel. Passports are required.
- Most restaurants are very casual, very few require collar shirt & slacks for men, no shorts for women.
- Year round temperature is an average of 86 degrees. For winter months you may want to pack a sweater or light jacket for cool evenings.
- The minimum age to rent a car is 26.
- We drive on the left side of the road.
- The direct dial phone number for both resorts is 649 946-5880 and fax is 649 946-5845 at OC and 649 946-5541 OC West. Be sure your friends and family have these numbers.
- Incoming faxes are free and there is a charge for outgoing faxes.
- A Computer center with complimentary high speed DSL internet access is located in the lobby of each resort. The Computer center now also features complimentary high speed wireless-G access for laptop computers.
- Dinner reservations are not required in advance unless booking during peak times; Christmas/New Years, Presidents Week, Easter and spring break. Please visit www.provo.net or www.wherewhenhow.com for a list of restaurants.
- Be sure to reserve a car, diving and golf in advance.
- Please provide us with your flight information so we can know when to expect you.
- Transfers are available from the airport via Taxi Service for approximately $15 one-way.
- OCR now offers complimentary bicycles.
- Most rooms have DVD players with a complimentary lending library of videos at the front desk.
- Rooms are not pre-assigned. Requests can be taken in advance and noted in your reservation. We do our best to fill all requests.
- Studio and Studio Deluxe Suites are island view only. Junior, One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites all have a partial Ocean View overlooking the pool and garden area. We have a limited amount of One, Two and Three Bedroom Suites that are Beach Front.
- Meal vouchers on the package can be used during any days of your stay and do not have to be consecutively.
- Please notify us in advance if a crib or rollaway is needed. These are complimentary. Also, if a ground floor suite is required due to medical reasons.
- A local taxi dinner shuttle is available to our guests which for current taxi rates, will come to the resorts between 7pm-7:30pm nightly and will take you round-trip to the restaurant of your choice on the island.
- Our shopping shuttle runs twice each day-Mon through Fri. to the IGA Grocery Store and a few local shops (charges apply).
- Check-in 4pm, check-out 12pm.

2. Snorkeling- We promise, you will not find better snorkeling anywhere, whether right off the beach or by boat!
3. Golf- The Caribbean’s 4th best golf in course, Provo Golf Club, so grab your clubs!
4. Islands of Turks & Caicos- While staying in Provo, visit the outer islands and their iguana’s, sand dollars, shells, caves and much more … a must do!
5. Fishing- Some of the best catch ever. Whether Bonefishing, bottom or big game, this is the place to be!
6. Watersports- Boats, Jet Skis, Parasailing, Catamarans, Windsurfing- we’ve got it!
7. Spa- Spend a day in paradise with a relaxing massage, seaweed wrap, or our very own Turks Island Salt Glow!
8. Around Provo- Shopping, hiking, bicycling, 4 wheel drive to a secluded beach, local music, local festivals and the world’s only conch farm!
9. Dining- Sample some of the best Caribbean Cuisine… local cracked conch, lobster, steak or enjoy the fresh catch of the day at any island restaurant; on the marina, the beach or in a tropical garden!
